Privacy Notice

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit qaxora.com or contact us by email. It is issued under Article 10 of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK); if you are in the EU/EEA, the equivalent rights under the GDPR apply.

1. Data controller

Qaxora is a venture that has not yet been incorporated. Until incorporation, the data controller is Emre Dal.

Contact: hello@qaxora.com

2. What we process

Site visits — technical logs: The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver the site and prevent abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, request time and the page requested.

Stored in your browser: Your chosen theme ("qx-theme") is kept only in your device's local storage; it is never sent to us or to third parties. You can clear it in your browser settings.

Email: When you write to us — your name, email address, the content of your message and anything else you choose to share.

The site uses no cookies, analytics, ad tracking, or third-party fonts or scripts.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Delivering the site securely and reliably — legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

Replying to enquiries, preparing proposals and entering into a contract — contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c; GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and legitimate interest.

Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — KVKK Art. 5/2-e; GDPR Art. 6(1)(f).

4. Transfers

Hosting and email routing are provided by Cloudflare, Inc.; technical logs and emails may be processed on Cloudflare servers outside Turkey. Emails are also stored with our email provider. These transfers are made under KVKK Articles 8 and 9, limited to the purposes above.

We do not share your personal data with other third parties unless required by law.

5. How we collect it

Automatically when you visit the site (technical logs), and directly from you when you email us.

6. Retention

Email correspondence is kept for up to 2 years after your request is resolved; if a contract is concluded, for the period required by law.

Technical logs are kept briefly, according to Cloudflare's retention policies.

After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Art. 7,
  • Request that corrections and deletions be notified to recipients,
  • Object to outcomes against you resulting solely from automated processing,
  • Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Send your request to hello@qaxora.com with information that lets us verify your identity. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

If your request is rejected or you find the answer insufficient, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board (or, in the EU/EEA, to your local supervisory authority).

9. Qaxora Persona

This notice covers the qaxora.com website only. When the Qaxora Persona app launches, a separate, detailed privacy policy will be published for the data processed in the app.
